What we believe
Earned income is the most mission-aligned money there is, because you control it. A grant can be cut. A single funder can change its mind. Members can drift away quietly for years before anyone calls it a trend.
The organisations that thrive are the ones that build income they own, and the capability to keep growing it. That isn’t a betrayal of the mission. It’s how the mission survives the next funding shock, and does more of the work it exists to do.
